Meet... Dianne Hernandez
From the beginning of her career in 1980, Dianne has developed an award winning strategy for marketing and selling homes that has earned her top honors in the Roanoke real estate industry. Dianne's background in marketing and in-depth knowledge of Roanoke's residential real estate have resulted in hundreds of successful sales and happy clients! With the advent of real estate specialization, Dianne developed the HOME TEAMin 1993 to insure that every one of her clients, buyers and sellers, receive professional representation and superlative service.

Dianne, originally from New Orleans, is a Virginian "by choice" and a cheerleader for the Roanoke Valley. "After 20 years, I consider myself a native Roanoker!"

Meet Mary Lou Ray... A Buyer's Best Friend!"...just like a 'ray of sunshine'!" is how one client appropriately described Mary Lou. In this era of real estate specialization, Mary Lou is a true BUYER'S AGENT.

Mary Lou is from Knoxville, Tennessee ("Go VOLS!"). Having lived in six states due to job transfers, she is especially empathetic to those of you relocating to the Roanoke Valley.

Meet Anne Waelti...HOME TEAM Manager
Manager Anne is our "air traffic controller". As our office manager, Anne keeps us on track and makes sure every detail of your transaction is coordinated. and that nothing "crashes". Anne will quickly become an invaluable resource to you and your "best friend" at HOME TEAM headquarters.

Anne has resided in several states (transfers!) She has lived in Roanoke since 1987 and has found time while working and raising a family to complete her degree in English (magna cum laude) here at Roanoke College. Anne definitely gives us, and you, the "HOME TEAM Advantage."

Meet John DiSabatino... Team Intern
John is our newest member. While completing his degree in marketing at Roanoke College, John is also acquiring his Real Estate License and working for the HOME TEAM as our intern.

John is from Delaware, where he grew up in the real estate industry in the family business. If you are our Seller, you will see John taking photos, delivering your brochures, and putting up your SOLD sign! John is also computer savvy, and helps behind the scene with the HOME TEAM'S data base management.

Woof! Meet Nikki (a.k.a. "SPOT")
This is Nikki, the cyber-pup an official mascot for the HOME TEAM. Actually, Nikki is a REAL dog. She officially "belongs" to Dianne's son, Vic... guess that technically makes her Dianne's grand-puppy. She is loyal, obedient, and friendly! Her job description includes looking real cute and smiling for the camera.
